Hatha yoga has been an ancient philosophy practiced for over two thousand years. It is one of the older philosophy with clear written source which has been preserved over all those years. Instructor
Marie-Maxime Bastien has been a certified yoga instructor for over three years. She is certified and member of yoga alliance (RYT500) and Canada yogic alliance. She has been trained in Madurai, India. Marie-Maxime has gone through a challenging chronic illness before starting to practice yoga. When she was finaly diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, she could barely walk with crutches. After making significant changes in her life and practicing yoga, she has been able to feel much better and regain her vitality. Two years later, she was able to compete again in triathlons and cross-country skiing. Yoga has allowed her to have a more supple spine and reduce the inflammation.
